This privacy policy applies to the Taligos Apps website, support requests, and Taligos mobile apps, including NameDrop, OneUp, and Taligo.

Overview
Taligos Apps builds simple apps to help people stay organized, remember what matters, and follow through well. This policy explains what information may be collected through our website, support channels, and apps, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
We may collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, app name, device details, app version, support message, screenshots, and any other information you include in a support request or contact message.
Taligos apps may also store information you enter directly into the app in order to provide the app's features. Depending on the app, this may include names, notes, reminders, lists, progress information, attendance information, family details, contact details, and other content you choose to save.
App-specific information
NameDrop may store names, family members, memory notes, attendance history, phone numbers, email addresses, and to-do items that you enter. If you allow notifications, NameDrop may send local reminders on your device. If you choose to create a contact, send a text, send an email, or open a support link, NameDrop passes that action to Apple apps or other services you choose to use.
OneUp and Taligo may store the information you enter in order to provide their features, saved content, reminders, and app functionality.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your questions, troubleshoot bugs, improve our apps and website, protect our services, process support requests, and keep reasonable records related to support and operations.
How app data is handled
Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, information entered into Taligos apps is stored on your device. We do not sell that information. We do not rent that information. We do not use your app content or support messages for advertising.
In-app purchases
Some Taligos apps may offer optional in-app purchases. Those purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card or payment account information.
When we may share information
We may share information only when needed to run the website or support process, comply with the law, protect users, protect Taligos Apps, or work with service providers who help us operate our services. If we use service providers, they may process information only for those limited purposes.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, improve our apps and website, meet legal obligations, or protect our services. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable steps to protect the information we receive.
Your choices
You can contact hello@taligos.com to ask what support information we have from you, to request corrections, or to request deletion, subject to legal and operational needs.
You can also manage app permissions, such as notifications or contacts access, through your device settings.
Children's privacy
Taligos Apps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website or our support forms.
Third-party links and services
Taligos apps and website pages may link to the App Store or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. If you choose to use texting, email, contacts, browser links, or App Store features, those actions are handled by Apple or the service you choose.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
