How support works
Support is provided through the website support form and by email at hello@taligos.com.
What to include
For the fastest help, include the app name, device, operating system version, app version, a clear description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful when available.
Response times
We aim to respond in a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed.
Availability
Some features, apps, or support options may be unavailable, changed, delayed, or discontinued at any time.
